1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

A flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 applies to all orders within the United States. Once shipped, carrier transit time typically takes an additional 4–6 business days.

Estimated total delivery time from order placement is 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier schedules.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@zivorah.shop.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Zivorah accepts full responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost, please contact us at support@zivorah.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zivorah is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
